O'Day 222 Advice

Hello-
I am a new O'Day 222 owner. I just put the boat in the water and am noticing some discrepancy with the main sail and Genoa measurements. The main and Genoa don't hoist all of the way up. I', assuming my Genoa is a 110% and that is why it won't hoist right to the mast, however, the main is worrying me.

I got the I,P,J, and E measurements off of sailboat data.com, but nothing seems to match up.

Can someone provide me with the following measurements (or point me in the direction of where to find them?):
Mast
Boom (length and how far up should the boom be from the bottom of the mast)
Mainsail Luff
Main halyard (length and diameter)
Jib/Genoa halyard (length and diameter).

Once I get this information, maybe everything will begin to fall into place.

What make are your spars? My spars were made by Z Diffusion (Z-Spar) with internal halyards. My mast is 27' long and it has a fixed goose neck with no tack down haul.

My boom has internal control lines and it measure a little over 10' long.
I can't provide you with the height of the boom off the cabin. I have my mast all wrapped with polytarp with my main 30'X18' tarp over the boat. I use my mast as a ridge pole for the main cover in winter layover.
The track on my boom is about 1.5" short of 10'.

The diameter of both the Main and Jib halyards should be 5/16". I'm not sure of the length. I bought both of them a few years ago off Rudy of D&R Marine.

His prices are better than "Worse Marine" I think, and he knows all the halyard lengths on the O'Days. He has all the O'Day parts and he's very knowledgeable about these boats.
