I would set the vanes for about 50 degrees. Then try it out and view the pointer in relation to the square tabs on the end of the vanes on a close reach. My friend claims that my O'Day 222 can point up higher than his Seaward 22. We both have travelers on our boats. We also have CDI Roller furlers and his Gennie has more sail area than mine. The O'Day 192 is a scaled down version of the 222 and should be able to point just as high.
