i put my 192 on its trailer. Now back in the water but the centerboard is stuck up in the shoal keel. How can i get it to fall free?

On my 23 there is enough room to push it down with a gun cleaning rod through the pendant hole. It takes 4 sections of rod on our boat and of course the kits only come with 3.
Is the pendant hole the metal plate on top the shoal keel housing in the cabin? Looks to be a "u" bolt? Thx.
I do not think the pendant makes a straight run from bridge deck down into the CB trunk. You can see the metal tube from inside the cabin looking under the bridge deck, and it makes a curve.
I think I would fashion a metal "J" hook and reach up inside the aft end of the CB trunk and try to hook on the top of the board and pull it down. Some people have taken a thin piece of metal and tried to run it down the sides of the CB trunk hoping to scrape out crud. There either has to be a lot of crud, or your CB might be swelling from water ingress. Hope you get it figured out.

On my Oday 23 this happened from time to time. I took a large adjustable wrench and dove down and pried with it from the very aft of the trunk. Then, I tried to remember during the season not to pull it all the way up into the trunk as doing so would create the issue all over again.
