O'Day 12

Found an O'Day 12 for sale in the local paper for 700.00, with trailer. I've got a 65 acre lake that it would probably look pretty good on. I haven't seen it yet but know little to nothing about this model. Any opinions on the asking price, low, high, ballpark pending the condition?Thanks!

This O12 turned out to be a Widgeon, all there and in great shape. I didn't have the heart to dicker with the guy, just paid him and drove off with it before he changed his mind.Thanks anyway!
