Oceanis 45 Water Heater

Does anyone have the technical manual (or Manufacturer name) for the water heater installed in a 2012 Oceanis 45? For an unknown reason the water has become way too hot and the heater itself is warm to the touch. So I want to figure out if the thermostat can be turned down or if the unit is malfunctioning - before it becomes a bigger problem.

Thermostatic mixing valve might be stuck. It mixes cold into the hot stream to control the outlet temperature, especially when motoring.
