Oceanis 40 cc Clipper - owners manual / fuel pump

Any idea where I could get one of these online?

I'm trying to understand where the fuel switches are, as when I start the engine it dies and I know it's the fuel switch. Can anyone help please?

The fuel switch is usually located between the first fuel filter and fuel tank and cabled up to the pedestal or coaming near the wheel.
