oceanis 343 one aft port seacocks is closed

Hello,

I have a Oceanis 343 Cruiser 2008, where one of the

Aft port seacocks is closed, when looking in the owners manual page 78 it is called "LPG locker drain" or "port locker drain" where one is for the gas tank apartment but the other I do not know and it is currently closed.

Anyone know, because it is currently closed and i suspect that it should be open.

Drain for the small lazarette on port side of cockpit. Lazarette seldom gets any water unless you are washing it out. You can leave it closed unless you store wet products in there or something with fumes heavier than air.
On a side note, tighten the screws on the hose clamps under there.
