Beneteau oceanis 321 Italy
Hallo, I'am german and I bought a oceanis 321 3 weeks ago. I'am happy with this boat, it's 13 years old and in very good condition. The last owner told me that the 5 cm oh clean sweetwater in the Bilge is coming from the refridgerator. Since 2 weeks I was looking in every small corner of the boat. The fridgewater is going oiut through the electric pump. There is no leaking in the frontwatertank. Everything is dry. Only from the shower can run same drops of water in the back near the tank. But from where is that clean water coming? Between the bathroom and the keel the body is double and you can't even touch this part.
If someone has any idea it will make me happy :)

Not sure where you are sailing. Tasting the water will quickly tell if it is salt water or not. If you add a vegetable dye to one of your suspected sources you will quickly see if it shows up in the bilge water. Try various colors for various locations. When it shows up in the bilge you will know its origin.

I had the same problem with mine

It turned out to be the T-fittings in the water lines under the water heater had developed cracks in them. They are made of some sort of plastic . We replaced them all with brass ones, replaced a few water lines and all is good now. Does your fresh water pump come on alot trying to re-pressure the system ? If it does this is your problem

The waterpump is working only once and than it's quiet. Under the heater it's also dry. Condensation is not a problem in the dry croatien summer. I suggest the water may come from the back-shower (outside). We also don´t see how the pumping system is running: when we pump water in the bathroom, water is drippling in the kitchen as well (foot´pump). Fridgepipe is also fine (I checked it). But unfortunatly I can't look into the area where the fridgepipe is running from engine to the valve. In this part little water is running to the bilge.

On my Beneteau 281, i had a t fitting under the sink in the bathroom that was not sealed properly, tube had expanded over time and the fitting was no longer snug. Cut off an inch and resealed.. T was in the hot water line from the water heating where it comes through from the lazarette to under the bathroom sink.. Good Luck !

Thanks first to all of you. Today I was sailing and back to marina by engine. I checked the waterheater and I was surprised that the tube was very hot. I didn't know that without 220V
the waterheatingsystem is working. Little water was seen in the bilge and in the part between Bilge and waterboiler. When the water is boiling there must be some pressure compensation. Is this water dripping in the bilge

Today I lifted the boiler and I found that the alubody has a whole and from there the water is leaking. Now I have to buy a new one and I think everything is fine. :)
