Apparently the sandwich at the hull at the swimming platform has become separated and water gets in when sailing (when motoring no water). Looking how to get to the back of the boat. Apparently there is no easy way to access the platform from the inside since it is a separate compartment with a very small opening. If something would happen to the backstay it would also be a problem to repair it. If anyone has had that problem and how to fix it, it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I have a 2002 B311. I have also had the same problem. Water entered the boat's hull about 18 inches starboard of the rudder, had to remove the aft panel of the aft cabin to see. In my boat water only entered when moving above 5 kts. didn't matter if it was sailing or motoring. Had to have the boat pulled, when the rubber cover at the base of swim platform was removed there was a gap where deck and hull join together. Yard let boat drain, resealed, no problems since. As you said this joint can only be accessed out of the water. Good luck

Thanks for info. I was going crazy thinking nobody had this problem. To remove aft panel did you have to cut it or was it screwed? My looks like there is no way but to cut.

The funny thing is on starboard tack water comes in and port tack it goes out.

The aft part of the aft cabin my boat has a wood panel that I unscrewed. When I had the problem The speed I was traveling, Was what influences water coming in. Not how the boat was heeled
