The Outer Banks of North Carolina or OBX Hunter Sailing Association is being organized. The Outer Banks from the Virginia Line south to Cape Lookout, Albemarle, Pamlico and Neuse sounds and estuaries are the included regions of the OBX HSA. Owners of Hunter Sail boats interested in becomeing a member should contact Mike Collier.
