Obtaining New H260 Trailer

After 10 seasons with our beloved H23.5, Grasshopper, we -- well, me really -- have been bitten by the two-foot-itis bug and have zeroed in on her bigger, younger sister, the H260, as her successor.

We have a prospect in sight, but she doesn't have a trailer. Does anyone have a reliable and thrifty recommendation for finding a trailer in the Northeast. I live in mid-Vermont and currently sail out of Mystic, Connecticut; the boat is in southern New York. So any dealers in that fairly large region are fair game.

Thanks for your advice and counsel.

Originally, Magic Tilt in Florida built the H 260 trailers. In addition at my request, Ron Frisosky(deceased) with me as a dealer at the time, measured for a trailer built by Road King. You can contact Road King in Asheville, NC and ask for I believe Larry's wife, phyillis, and she can help you as they have dealers but advise it is for the Hunter 260 and Crazy Dave sent you. I was very close with Hunter on this boat as I sold the most and know them all too well.

If you plan to keep it in a slip you mind find someone with a trailer who does the same. If I weren't about a million miles away...

Knew I was asking the right folks!

Crazy Dave, that's great info. Thanks so much.

Kermit, I like the out of the box thinking.

I am trying to find the Road King trailer model as it is not listed on the website. I am now corresponding with the florida plant to see if they can pull that rabbit out of the hat.

If you are not planning to trailer and have a means of removing the boat I would not bother.
The H260 trailer is a hefty thing and I imagine not cheap.
