This is appropriate:

Poem: The Cremation of Sam McGee

(an abnormal way of getting warm in the freezing conditions of a Canadian winter as expressed by Robert Service)

by Robert W. Service

There are strange things done in the midnight sun By the men who moil for gold; The Arctic trails have their secret tales That would make your blood run cold; The Northern Lights have seen queer sights, But the queerest they ever did see Was that night on the marge of Lake Lebarge I cremated Sam McGee.

Most of us

Ross,
Most of us, as we get older contract the old disease, CRS. I've had it for years. You apparently are not yet so afflicted.

Re: Most of us

NNE, A good memory is both a blessing and a curse. I can remember birthdays and telephone numbers from many years ago and every f**k-up I am guilty of commiting. I remember the names of people that lived next door fifty years ago but I also remember that I never wrote them a promiced note.
