NOT SO TALL SHIPS 2000

TALL SHIPS 2000 will have a number of tall ships visiting Annapolis around June 21 to 25, then on to N.Y. for the 4th of July and to Boston for big celebration July 11-16. I am a Cape Dory owner but encouraging all interested sailors with NOT SO TALL SHIPS to join us and sail along with the TALL SHIPS. We will have a website established soon. If you are interested in sailing along contact me at sixpence@dmv.com and will add your name or boat to list as this comes together. TALL SHIPS 2000 SITE

I checked the WEB, the TALL SHIPS 2000 site is not yet operating. However, ISTA and ASTA have sites. They indicate the race route and the stops in the eastern Atlantic - Bermuda, Boston (Host City), Halifax. A separate contingent of ships will go to Charleston, SC. No mention of Annapolis or New York, yet. Clearly, the place to be is Boston - the USS Constitution will sail with the Tall Ships!!!
