Chartering in NC
On the Pamlico River in NC I recommend Bath Harbor Marina in Bath, NC which is run by Paul and Debbie Minor. They have approx 27 ft. sailboat (Outboard power) for rent by the day or week at very reasonable prices, their phone # is (252) 923-5711. Tell them that Wayne Estabrooks sent you. Bath is one of the oldest and prettiest small towns on the east coast and the harbor is very nice and protected. Also there is Carolina Wind yacht charters in Washington, NC. They have the larger boats and a bigger variety too. They are not exactly a Moorings of the charter industry but they have some 32 ft. Beneteau, 34 Pacific Seacraft and possibly an Island Packet. They are a Catalina and Pacific Seacraft dealer. Their phone # is (252) 946-4653. There are probably more places to charter boats in NC but these are the ones that I know of. Happy Sailing !
