I'm trying to find a way to polish up my non-skid without making it slippery. I see some newer model boats around and their non-skid really shines. Currently, I've been using 3m non-skid cleaner, however this is only a cleaner and does not make it shine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know Island Girl makes a sealing product for non skid that is supposed to be very good. I also hear that Woody Wax makes a good product as well. If you search either on this forum you can get some testimonials.

Most of the time when someone paints their non-skid, they put a "flattening" agent in the paint to eliminate the shinny (glare). I doubt that there is much out there to make non-skid shine once it ages.
I would suggest trying some of these products and see if removing the oxidation give you the effect you are looking for without making the decks slippery.

I have used the Aurora (Canadian company) product called "Sure Step". It is a polish for non-skid decking that maintains normal traction. It doesn't gain traction, but it doesn't lose traction either. I think it it is a very good product and have used it for years. It not only improves the look, but it helps keep the decks clear, allowing water (rain or hose) to wash away dirt easier. Just Google Aurora Marine Products. They also make a good non-skid cleaner called Boat Scrub.
