Non skid repaint

Have i heard of a paint for non skid areas that is easy to use?

there are a few, this being one or you can make your own. None are "easy" if you want a perfect job. This takes some experience to get it right.

Actually I did find Interdeck to be easy. The hard part is all of the masking. Also keeping a wet edge. I split my boat in half so that, for example, I only had to do one side of the cabin roof at a time. I used cheap throw away brushes. Rollers soak up too much paint and the thick non-skid doesn't roll out well for me.

Ed is correct! Phil is correct!

Ed is correct, the masking is the worst part of the process. No matter the product, if you do a crappy job with the masking/detail there is no product that will look good when you are done.

Phil is correct, the Kiwi grip looks very good. My personal choice would be to use the white, but that is up to your taste. We have a Hunter 30 that has a Kiwi non-skid job. It went on quick and easy. The special roller is what really does the job.

Prep Work?

Is this something you can just clean, mask off and then paint over existing rubber non-skid?

Ed, That deck/non-skid looked pretty sweet when you were done.
