1995 Oceanis 281. Area beneath fuel tank collects water/fuel but doesn't drain into the bilge. Instead, there is an opening under the aft bulkhead that lets the fluid go under the aft cabin floorboard and just sit. After purchasing this used boat, I lifted all the floorboards and discovered several inches of black water in this area. Anybody ever address this? Thanks.
