No water to faucet

I bought a 1988 Catalina 30 Tall rig a few days ago. I turned the water pressure pump on and opened the galley and shower faucets, the water ran for a while and then stopped. I checked the pump it is functioning properly and there is water in the tank. Does any one know why this is happening. When I disconnected the line at the discharge end of the pump a lot of water came back out. Also how can I clean the water supply lines?

Plugged lines

You don't mention whether the pump stopped or not. A friend of mine had a similar problem and the pump kept running with little or no flow to the faucets.I turned out there was blockage in the lines from the water tanks to the pump itself. I would start looking there.Good luckEd
