hi, looking for more help, just purchased my boat at the end of the season, in fact only got to sail 3 times.my question is about the lack of chocks at the bow, it is a beefy chomed piece with two cleats on it. what is there to guide the anchor?now there is a short flat extension to one side of the stay with a slight concave cut to it.does a roller guide of some sort fit on this? if so i didn't get one. any help is appreciated. thanks, Rob

I ain't surprised,

as I bought my H30 set up the same way. I don't have any pictures yet, because its in progress,(and because I'm digitally impaired) but I'm installing two chocks up front with a new roller. I'm re-installing the cleats near the rail about 4 feet back, with the deck pipe and a sampson post in between. The parts are not expensive, but designing good backing hardware is more of a challenge. I'm not sure what you are describing on your boat, but I can't imagine any anchoring fixture being fixed to the forestay, or to its attachment.
