Nils, if your in NY next week and you have the opportunity please look me up. I would love to ride out to meet you and see your H260, and how she's set up. Also, I know you will be sailing the Peconic but don't forget the Great South Bay and Fire Island. I am sure arrangements can be made to get you out on the GSB even if you don't want to trailer you boat there. Furthermore, anything I can do to help you with your trip here to NY, please let me know. Whether its checking out restaurants or boat ramps, please let me know, I would be happy to help. My email is rpfcpa@yahoo.com. regards, Bob.

Bob, you should check out the east...

Great South Bay sounds nice but the east end has some of the greatest sailing on the east coast...I sailed the White Bread last summer around Shelter Island (12hr race) and can honestly say this place kicks ass!

Thanks Brian!

Thanks Brian. I am sure the East End is wonderful. How fortunate we are to live in such a great area for sailing. This is my third season with the H260 and, although I am becomming more comfortable with it, I still have a lot to learn. This is why I pretty much stay around the familiar waters of the Great South Bay when I am on my own or with just my family. I am always looking to broaden my knowledge of the area and my sailing skills, though, so if you or Nils are ever looking for crew - I am there for you guys!
