Has anyone had problems with the Nexus depth sounder. I have installed a Nexus system in by Cal 33 and have interference problems. When the inverter is turned on the depth sounder readings are very erratic. I have shielded the inverter but the problem is still there. I have moved the Nexus server as far from the inverter as possible, about 7 feet.

Does the Cal series have a cork center

Suggestion is to turn off inverter when using sounder. My problem is with a Hummingbird Pirana. It reads erratically. Question: Does the Cal 24, 1973 Built, have cork hull within the fiberglass? Or is it all fiberglass? Thanks for anyone's assistance. Alan
