I'm at Howard and Donna's in Tanner Cove gratefully doing laundry and using their WiFi while they are off on a previous commitment. I sailed out of Lunenburg Bay on a screaming broad reach but then started the engine for the short windward leg to the entrance. No guilt since I needed to charge the batteries anyway after the long layover.
One of the nice things about this cruise has been total insulation from news of the world. A bit leaks in though with any shore contact. I've started telling this joke which Canadians seem to get a huge kick out of. It may not seem so funny south of the border but all of you there should ponder what a good laugh it gives our Canadian friends.
