Newport 30 mkIII mast wiring

Hello all, my family just purchased a 1986 Newport 30 MkIII. I am working on getting all the systems up and running. My current project is to get the navigation lights working again. I have all of them working except the anchor and deck light. I have gone up the mast, there is no power running to the mast.

Therefore, I believe my problem is one of two things. The PO did not connect the wires properly the last time they stepped the mast OR a wire has broken or become disconnected. Either way any insight on the mast wiring would be greatly appreciated.

Mast Wiring

I would look at the connector not being done when the mast was stepped or the ground wire for the mast is broken...I rewired my MKII mast last year and and found the ground wire had been pinched off some time when the mast was last stepped. Good luck
