What is the best way of attaching stuff to the walls inside the cabin and in the lockers in the cockpit. My boat has that soft white paneling on the inside. I am afraid of screwing something right thru the wall. I want to attach stuff like towel holders, gear hammocks, paper towel holders, etc.

Try this

Use the knit weave netting you see to keep groceries from flopping around the trunk. Many people use this topside to keep their dogs from falling overboard. Rule of thumb: Try to minimize what you put on the boat in the first place, since it will often mold or come crashing down. Enjoy Colonial Beach, a great spot on the Potomac.

Epoxy Teak Blocks

Epoxy some teak, or other hard-wood blocks where you plan to drill/screw. That way you do not need to penetrate the fiberglass. Tim

3M Command strips

I have used the new 3M Command strips. They hold very well and are removable. I have found that preparing the surface exactly as the directions say is the key to them sticking. Good luck.
