Lots boats breaking loose in newbedford harbor are breaking loose and CG,BOATUS,SEATOW trying to secure them,high waves.

Friends of ours are on a trip up there and ducked into New Bedford for the storm. The Boston TV stations have videos of some of the harbor action.

Weather Channel

The weather channel had CG rescuing some sail boat that broke loose and other boats were breaking loose,the harbor was full of the fishing fleet for protection.

That sounds about typical. Any news of how things were around the Cape, especially the Falmouth area?

Im in Marblehead harbor about 60 km north of new bedford lots of boats hauled I didnt just secured my boat no slips in Marblehead only moorings. Not much damage here. By the time the storm got here it was pretty tired I had no problems
