Newbe about shades

Just purchased and taken delivery of my new 1997 Hunter 376. I'd like to replace the shades but don't know where to turn or what option are available .

Check out Zarcor. They sell a product for ports and hatches. You didn't say why you wanted to replace them.
We have pleated shades on out 2008 38 and we love them.

Thanks atomic hoe the response. They just have an old drab look to them. Maybe it's that Hunter Cream color but I'm looking to new up the old interior.

Gotcha.

I looked at the spec sheet for my boat and it says they are Accord shades. I don't know if that is a brand name.
Better yet I went to the Store section of Hunter Owners web site and did a search using the keyword "shades" and up popped several types of port shade products.
The folks there are terrific to deal with and go to great lengths to help in getting the right parts for the right fit. Give them a look.

We actually made these out of sunbrella fabric and some snaps. If you want to sleep til noon, these will keep it dark. Total cost under 75. Just made the template out of tinfoil and transfered to fabric. A stock sewing machine.

Thanks for the great information. Web sites are wonderful resources and seeing how resourceful some of you are is good too. I was hoping to find something like levlour blinds or even mini verticals.
