New Yanmar Model Line Announced

I received one of my sailings mags over the weekend and in the New Products section there was an announcement of a new line of Yanmar models. I have attached a picture and a description of one of the engines. I have not been able to find anything regarding this on the Yanmar or Torresen sites.

Smaller, lighter, cheaper.

Just joking, never cheaper. That 3YM would be the perfect replacement for my 2QM20. Thanks for the heads up Paul.

An odd thing.

One thing that I just noticed was that the color of the new model is gold. Yanmars have always been grey. Most diesels on the market have their own unique color. This one may be mistaken for an older Universal which was a copper color.
