In a recent email, I said to someone "I'm not boatist" The reference was to a mistaken assumption that I sail a Catalina. Got me thinking about how some people like to jump all over MacGregor owners because the boat is considered "flimsy" or "not a real sailboat" etc or the riff between "production boats" (a.k.a. plastic bottles) and "real sailboats" (a.k.a. one offs).
So don't be boatist and just go sailing unless we are talking about stinkpots ... then you can be boatist.
