What is the white box, and where does the white coax originate?

I think I'm going to steal the inverter idea. May help to keep the little guy occupied when we're on the hook and want to relax topsides! Next season though. I've vowed to do no work on the boat until next season!

The white cable goes between the white box and the white TV antenna.
