Hello all..... I have a 1986 vintage P36-2. The boat has 4, 8.5 foot sections of 1" by 1" teak toe rails on each side (8 total). I am replacing mine as they are in tough condition... look good but over the years have sustained damage. Anyway, my intention was to beef them up so I made a template, bought the teak and brought to a mill to have them cut. I left one of the originals along with all new dimensions of the ones I wanted. Guess what happened, the wood shop did not read the work order and instead just assumed they were following the original. They look great but are not what I ordered. So they bought new teak and did the right thing and cut to my specs. Now the wood shop is the proud owners of 8 teak toe rails that will fit our boats.
I told they I would post this to help get rid of the wood.... If interested send me an e-mail and I will give you their number so you can discuss price etc.....
