Can't tell you right off, but look for a VIN and Google or Bing that number. The manufacturer, model and serial numbers are usually in the VIN, and sometimes the week/year of build. Nice project, good luck and post some pics when your done.

yeah buddy.. can't tell from the pics. is she cat rigged? nice lines, can see why you were attracted. a sailor probably made a living on this here ship. you may move on to bigger ad better, but i'd bet me last bit of cheese. you'll always remember her. take her loves to liz and the bloody stays at home. the yearn of a sailor... no punn intended.enjoy and happy sailing... jimbob

Did you get a title? It might be listed on a prior registration. You might want to contact the state and give them the registration number that's on it. They might have the information on it from a previous owner. I found out that my boat was first titled in Florida, then North Carolina, then Wisconsin, then Illinois, and then I registered it back in Florida. It had quite a journey for a 30 footer.

I agree, more pics!

Does it have an inboard compartment for an outboard motor? If so, there may be one at my old marina. Once you've got more pics, I'll go compare.

Also, she's no catboat, that's a mast step forward of the hatch.

if only these hulls could talk. i'm sure, if anyone buys a used boat they have to wonder " where's she been?" when she was new..73, did her first owners take her to the carib.? the bahamas? or just sit at the dock! no.. she had a wonderful life, groundings, luffing, spilt drinks, bumps and scratches. all for the once in a lifetime 20knt. bone in her teeth run that makes a sailboat a sailboat. hoist the jolly roger or the s.u.y.t. but have fun, whether it be on a 14' cat or a tub like mine. time and money well spent.. jimbob

None right now Cruiser Don't have on yet
When I found my Catalina 25 she was in a powerboat marina stuffed behind the main shop in a back corner. Everyone was powerboaters so they didn't care about the sailboat thing cluttering up their boatyard. I'm in Missouri, the marina was 2 hours from me in Kansas, and months after trailering her home the sun hit the transom just right and I saw the ghost of "Key Largo" oh the story I would like to hear from my hull.
