Okay... so the title might be a bit misleading!
This won't really create 'micro-turbulence'! hahaha
And I suppose it won't make this boat go any faster... IF the motor works at all!
.
This is a dive I did for a potential buyer for this boat... they were a bit shocked at the undersea garden happening there!
Between 0:17sec and 0:30secs you'll see me attempt to find the prop in the mass I push my hand through... I did find the shaft!
.
This is definitely the worst I've had to put my hands on... err... in... since I took up hull cleaning again.

Jeepers! So many thoughts raced through my mind when watching that...

Environmental impact study
Moray eel
Octopus' Garden (In the Shade)
Claustrophobia
Rectal exam

Dang that's awful.

I think you may have broken some endangered species laws there! It looked like there were sponges and corals growing there! Haha!

Wow! If you swam up on that, you MIGHT mistake it for a sailboat, but I doubt it! :)

Yeah I wasn't sure if that was the boat or I blanked out and swam under the dock!
.
Coming up to the surface... I sorta slinked out of the water looking for someone waiting to bust me for diving in a marine sanctuary!
.
Unfortunately... I'm sure you can find boats just like this in almost all public marinas!
As long as the slip fees are getting paid and the boat hasn't sunk or leaked fluids yet... leave'er be! ;)

Waiting for the day the owner asks me to clean it... I'll have to tell them it'll be a bit more than my usual rate!
When a hull is this fouled, you can't be surprise about what we'll find underneath all that once it's gone.

Hedge trimmer should clean it up nicely . Weed whacker for those tight spots.
Only trouble is... when I jump in... I get this weird tingly sensation... then a loud POP... and I have to return it to WalWart for a refund... buy another one... go through the whole process and never get the boat done! Am I doing something wrong? ;)

You'd use an electric trimmer? That's silly. You'll need a gas trimmer for that much growth.

I live in California... can't find anything but a 2-stroke... and they don't allow 2-stroke trimmers in the bay anymore.
BUT... they do allow 2-strike pot trimmers... they don't like to work much though... just sit around and get high... Humboldt County and the Emerald Triangle... smh... ;)
