Hello everyone, I'm purchasing my new home, a 32 O'Day CC. Is there anyone in the Puget Sound area who would be willing to help me sail her from Pt. Townsend to her new home in Everett?

Go to your soon-to-be-home marina or a marina near your home port and ask around. I agree with you, there must be someone that wants to go sailing.
