I have a Mermaid a/c unit in the aft cabin. It runs fine for about 20 mins, then water stops running from the outside and I have to reset the red switch on the unit. The FAQ at mermaid suggests the water pump, which is in the bilge.
Someone has replaced the pump for the main a/c unit with a March pump, can anyone recommend the most reliable pump to replace the aft cabin a/c pump with? It looks like the original pump, quite small and "flimsy" in build.
