Hi Peggy and all! It looks like I'm going to have to repair my sani-potti again. It's probably original to the boat (12 yrs). Should I bite the bullet and get a new one or keep patching it? This time its the manual fill pump (accordian style), If I buy a new potti, should I upgrade to something else? The porta-potti style works well for the sailing I do w/my wife and 2 young daughters. Thanks for any "I should have"s or "I would"s! Dave

Replace it with another one just like it...
After 12 years, it's earned it's place in a dumpster...time for a new one. You don't say what size it is...but if it's a small portable model and you have enough height (footprint is the same) for the 5-6 gallon model that can be permanently installed and fitted for pumpout, now would be the time to upgrade. With 3 women as crew, you can certainly use the added capacity!
