We just purchased this boat and my wife took one look at the porta-potti and said 'no way'. She insists that we purchase a new one and I don't have a clue where to begin. The present one is a Sears model that I think holds six gallons(?). I saw a picture yesterday of a porta-potti with a pump-out fitting. Is that available? I sure would appreciate any help on this. Several available

Thetford (thetford.com) has several models that would probably work well. They have models that have either a spout that swings out for pouring out waste (Portable models) or have a pumpout connection (MSD models). Capacities and features vary such as a push-buttom flush. I would start by measuring the room available for the potty, and how much headroom you have. Then compare measurements to products. You don't want to get a large capacity tank only to find you can't use it because there is no headroom. Brad

Thanks and Oops

Thanks for the reply and Thetford marine series is exactly what I'm looking for. Pumping out would be a whole lot easier than toting I would think. Kind of red-faced as I just realized that I should have posted this on the Head Mistress forum, not here. I apologize to all.
