Peggy, this is just a curiosity post. I see Johnson Pumps is putting out a line of heads and pumps that looks real familiar... to JABSCO. See the link. The manual head pump blow up looks identical to a JABSCO (I have many hundreds of dollars of familiarity). Any idea what the deal is? Again, just idle curiosity. Rick D.

Johnson is a Swedish company...

Their macerator pump has always been identical, but a bit higher quality, to the Jabsco. It's entirely possible that they're making "private label" versions of Jabsco toilets, same as Brydon (a Canadian company that's no longer in business) did in the 70s and early 80s. Or they may be making their own to compete with Jabsco in the European market. Some of the descriptions of how the higher end models work seem slightly different from their Jabsco counterparts. Or...they may have been making toilets for the European market for quite a while and are only just now introducing 'em to the US and CN markets. So I dunno know...but I know who to call to find out, which I'll do next week when I have time.

Heads by Johnson

I am familiar with these "Premium" style heads as I used to sell them under another name. They work extremely well and are very quiet. The shredder pumps up to 9 feet and along up to 100 foot. I do not see that they have them listed as dual flush models, typically 3 liters for number 1 and 6 liters for number 2. Oh I see they have this information in the installation instructions. Some models have a remote mounted activation pad, quite neat! Johan
