I usually tell people to stay away from toilets and sanitation equipment on eBay 'cuz most of it is worn out pieces of junk or even if they're "new in box," so old that they've been obsolete so long that no parts are still available...they aren't worth anything. But this one is brand new, so unless the bidding goes too high,it's a good deal for anyone who wants to upgrade. No bowl, but that's no problem...if your existing bowl, seat and lid are in good shape, you can "recycle" it onto the PH II...and besides, no bowl cuts the ship weight--and therefore the cost--WAY down.
