First Of All Sorry For My English.

We´ve Just Bought A Hunter 28 (serial Number: 28065f989, Built In 1989).
Last Owner Didn´t Give Us The Technical Characteristics (or Builder´s Information Plate As You Have In Owner´s Manuals Hunter 280).

We Need It Because Spanish Authorities Are Asking For Them, In Order To Allow The Persons Can Be Able To Sail (not To Sleep) In The Boat.

Thank You For Everything And We Want To Say That We Are Very Happy With The Boat, Very Comfortable And Easy Sailing.

He didn't give it to you because it likely never had one. The CE plate you show is for a modern Hunter. Hunter only very recently started to issue CE plates for boats destined for the EU. Older boats like yours were never issued one.

There are private organizations that can arrange to test and certify your individual boat; it sadly will not be cheap.
