We own a 1976 Hunter 25ft. So what would be the model # or how do I find out.

Welcome to the site, at the top of the page there is a boat info button. Click on that, then Hunter, then 25 for a lot of information. Your boat is an H25, may be on the mainsail.

Your boat should have a hull identification number(HIN) on the upper starboard corner of the stern. You can interpret that number from this site: http://boatsafe.com/nauticalknowhow/hin.htm .

You have a Cherubini. They are still Hunters. The early models had a slopped cabin and then changed over to a trunk cabin. I do not think that there was much if any difference in the hulls.

Great little boats. It was also my first sailboat.
