I need to beef up my mainsheet traveler with a replacement. I have picked out a system from Garhauer Marine Harware (MT-2) but I need to pull off the old track.What is the best way to accpmplish this? Do I need to pull off the top of the companionway cover to get to bolts on the unsderside or can I remove the sliding companionway hatch cover and fit my fingers in between the cabin top and the companionway cover? Any suggesstions?

H30 main traveler -- beefed up

Rick - On my H30 1977 traveler, I found it necessary to reinforce the support structure. If this is your problem contact me and I will show you the modification. It works great now and was inexpensive.Henry (henry001@bigfoot.com)
