New Lowrance GPS

I have a new Lowrance GPS H2O that I can't get any sound volume out of. I have already returned the first one and the second one is the same way. I have the sounds turned on and the volume turned all the way up. All sounds work but are just barely audible, what good is an anchor drag alarm if you need to hold the GPS to your ear to hear it? Does anyone one else have this unit and can you offer any advise? I can't believe I could get two new units that acted the same way! By the way I can't say too many good things about Tiger GPS, NY, their service has been top shelf. I only wish Lowrance customer service was as helpful. I'm not affiliated

Lowrance

Hi, I have a Lowrance M68CSMap (combo GPS and Fishfinder). The volume work fine, I have it set on a low level so it's not too loud. I have had great support from Lowrance regarding questions about my unit and support for extra parts. Sorry you're having problems. Barry
