This season I installed new led lighting in the cabin of my 23.
There are two full length strips of leds in the soft white color just above the new hull liner material.
There are two full strips of leds in the cool white color along the roof sides and across the bulkhead top to the doorway.
All these strips are wired into the stainless round light fixtures which each have two switches.
The illumination is fantastic, the soft wall lighting for general easy lighting and turn the roof strips on for party time...and we have partied a few times.
The round fixtures I converted to led but they are not so bright by themselves.
The 12volt led strip comes in 5 meter rolls and is peel and stick, you can cut the strip every three leds to suit the length you need.
I sourced the led strip on Ebay, just search "SMD led strip", the rolls are cheap.
