You can go all kinds of crazy cored line, like Dyneema, Spectra, Vectran.
VPC is a more budget priced option.

We have Samson XLS Extra, and Extra-T, Warpspeed, MLX and many others, Sta-SetX is miserable, wiry line. You can view the various specs here:
