New Interior upholstry

I had posed a question on the cost of interior upholstry refinishing some months ago and I wanted to get back to all of you who were interested in the result.

I had the entire interior redone including new foam in the v-berth area. Over all I am happy with the result with the excepiton of two seams in the front of two of the cushions. I hope I will be the only one who will notice. the total cost of the job was $2000.

I had it done locally here on Long Island (south shore) so I probably paid a big market premium on it all.

Say, how are those racks in the V-berth installed?

Previous owner put them up with angle brakets into the hull stiffener ridges.

Thanks. I didn't know there was a "stiffener" in there. I'll have to take a look.

I also need to do this to my 32. I am not pleased that I might spend the amount you paid, but I am sure it will be equivalent.

Looks great! Also adds value to your boat should you decide to sell.
