I would study it, using the manual (get one from Profurl if it did not come with the boat). I had to repair mine after my 2nd season (I manged to damage an aluminum connector between two foils) and while reassembling, I discovered mine had been rigged incorrectly from when it was first installed, where the locking collar that was supposed to be below the swaged stud was above it. It was totally ineffective that way, as it could not be twisted to tighten up against the bottom of the stud, thus locking the drum from twisting loose.
