I am hoping that I could get some information about whether or not there is someone out there to contact for a Facts of Build Letter or maybe even a Builder's Certificate.

I work for Bayside Documentation and we document boats for the Coast Guard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know, maybe Rudy Nickerson at D&R Marine can supply a "facts of Build" letter (He was the Parts Dept. Manager at O'DAY from 1973-89) but I would think that for a stock boat like the O'DAY 34 the USCG Documentation Office would already have that info on file. There have been a LOT of O'DAY 34s (and 35s) built (several hundred) and most were documented.

Thank you so much for the info. I wish it was easier to get build info for the CG. They require a certificate for each boat! Kinda makes this an interesting field...
