New H38.

Anyone been aboard the new H38? CW has an ad on page 15, there is nothing on the Hunter website yet. The hull and cockpit will be different, a Glenn Henderson design. Just wondering how the interior and systems differ from the H386.The new issue of CW also has a relatively positive "road test" of the H41. It is kind of generic. You have the feeling reading it that they do not want to offend an advertiser.

Ed:I also saw the ad in CW and I was confused. The 380 differs from the 386 whereby Hunter deleted the wash basin in the forward cabin & altered the aft cabin by including another dressing seat. It looks like the bed went from a queen to a double but I cannot confirm this.I thought that the 386 was the later model to the 380. Can anyone solve my confusion.Sam

Sam, the H386 . . .

is the replacement for the H380 as you suggest. I cannot confirm interior differences. But the new two digit boats like the 33 and 38 are Henderson designs wherein the hull and cockpits are quite different from the previous generations(326 and 386). Again I know nothing about interiors. And I see the H38 is now shown under "What's New". See Related Link.
