new found metals gone chapter 11?????

anybody know of any truth to NFM going chapter 11 got something in the mail and wondered if anybody else did???? what gives????

Haven't heard anything but Chapter XI isn't

out of business. A friend of mine liked my ports so well he ordered his own for his boat (same model and year as mine) last month and received them without any problems.

NFM Chapter 11

Hello Chet,I as well received a registered letter re a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case meeting of creditors for NFM. I had purchased their ss ports to upgrade my 37c a few months ago and my name must have still been on file on NFM's systems. There is a Meeting of Creditors scheduled for 2pm August 13th in Seattle.Its to bad because the ports appear to be excellent value for the price!
