Anyone know where to get some new deck cleats for a Mac 26s 1991. I don't like drilling holes if I don't have to so I'm looking for a set that fit the old holes.

I don't really trust my single plastic bow cleat. (on a rough night, I'll run the line thru the bow eye then to the bow cleat... and it increases the scope a little.

I did what Justin suggested, measured and surfed on EBay. I can't remember how much I payed but I got the same size in stainless for pretty cheap. If you replace your cleats, plan on backing plates as well. I was appalled to find thin plates of fiberglass used as backing on my 26S. I found stainless steel plates on EBay, also pretty cheap. I feel much better when sleeping at anchor now.
I'm replacing the plastic cleats on my 26X with 8-inch stainless steel "Herreshoff" style cleats from bosunsupplies.com - and yeah, I'm drilling and filling; but I want 'em to be substantial and sturdy.
Mac used stainless-steel fender washers and put an extra-heavy layup under their cleats. Bosunsupplies, in their catalog, recommends plywood between the glass and the washers; that's how I'm doing the new cleats.
The ones up on the bow look great to me, but they certainly didn't fit anything like the old cleats ... I'm going to appreciate the extra "meat" when I'm at anchor, though!

In postings, I have seen additional cleats usefully added...
1 - to the bow... used for anchoring - or putting a swim ladder on... (why mention the swim ladder...??) We put a swim ladder up front for when launching the boat.. My son launched the boat from the trailer early on, and tied the boat off.. then went to park the truck.. OK for all so far...
Then he grabbed the rope end from the tree he tied off.. and the gave the bow a push... hanging on to the rails - as we backed slowly out.. it was very, VERY difficult to get in the boat.. extra drag of moving water and such... meanwhile - I am in the back - on the motor and tiller...
He later explained that NEXT time - I could park the truck and climb in from the Bow...
So we are getting cleats on the bow...
2 - mid boat, even with the mast on each side.... this is for mast raising - to tie the raising kit (home made) down - at the pole bottom and top... just a few straps... and it will be pretty stable...
3 - Transom... just useful for a variety of things... we tow an inflatable behind the boat when sailing (6 knots - when you are 3" above water - in the middle of the lake.... is pretty OK for the kids...) ... might use it tie a kite too... or might tie off the rudder when lifted for traveling... just need one....
4 - another optional point - on the cabin - right as it falls off into the cockpit. There are things to tie off here.. like fenders..... etc...

I know this is more than you want... I am using the nylon kind - I probably don't need the extra strength... but I though to mention.. as time goes by - you get ideas...... and the Mac is a mods friendly boat...

Your forward cleats are probably part of your anchoring system, where else are you going to tie off? Are you going to sleep on the hook with a plastic cleat between you and disaster? Do it right, buy two new 8 inch SS cleats, and install them with sealant and backing plates. Realize that the construction of the Mac is two layers of plastic with a gap in between, best case scenario would be to fill the hollow space between deck and liner. btw, I've used my (cabin) winches for spring line 'cleats'... its OK, if tide range is small.
